Hi, I’m Claire – a fully qualified CBT Therapist and EMDR Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in the mental health sector. I specialise in helping adults work through trauma and PTSD and its resulting patterns like people-pleasing, overthinking, avoidance or procrastination.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly replaying the past, therapy can offer a safe space to slow things down and begin healing.

I work online with clients across the UK, and in person in Kent, offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy at your pace.

I’m here to support you with compassion and genuine curiosity, taking the time to understand your unique experience. Therapy is a collaborative process — you bring your insights and self-awareness, and I provide professional guidance and therapeutic tools to help you feel understood and empowered. Together, we will tailor each session to address what matters most to you.

While I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), I also draw on Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), which helps us make sense of how our brains respond to threat, and encourages self-kindness in the face of shame or self-criticism. Additionally, I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you make space for distressing emotions and focus on living in alignment with your values and what is meaningful to you.
