Online Trauma Therapy Sessions
I offer remote online therapy sessions by video call
Whether you're at home, at work, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space, online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to get the support you need — without needing to consider travel time. Many clients find that being in their own familiar surroundings helps them feel more at ease, which can make it easier to open up and engage in the process.
Online sessions work in much the same way as in-person therapy. We’ll meet via secure video call at a time that suits you, and together create a safe, private space to work together.
Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as face-to-face sessions for a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, and trauma.
Video sessions are conducted via Zanda (formerly Power Diary), which provides a safe and secure connection, ensuring privacy and data protection.
Online sessions are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
If you're based in the UK and looking for accessible, evidence-based support, online therapy could be a great fit.
Face-to-Face Trauma Therapy Sessions
I offer face-to-face therapy sessions in a calm, comfortable setting in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Sessions are held in a private therapy room designed to be welcoming and safe, allowing you to feel at ease as we explore your experiences and work toward your goals.
Face-to-face appointments are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The venue is accessible by car and has free parking available.
If you’re local to Kent or the surrounding areas and would like to arrange an in-person session, please get in touch to discuss availability and book your appointment.
Finding the right therapist is important, and it’s equally important that you feel comfortable and supported. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute introductory call — by phone or video — so we can get to know each other a little, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit.
