About me
Hi, I’m Claire, a compassionate and curious therapist who’s passionate about really understanding people — what’s brought you to where you are now, and how we can work together to support where you want to go next.
I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s collaborative. You’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to bring therapeutic tools, insight, and support so we can shape sessions around what you truly need.
I work with CBT and EMDR, and I also draw from Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), which recognises that we’re all doing our best to navigate life with the brains and experiences we’ve been given. I often weave in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) too, which teaches us how to make space for difficult thoughts and feelings, while still moving toward what really matters to you.
I strongly believe therapy can help shift the patterns and behaviours that no longer serve you — creating room for growth, connection, and change that feels authentic and lasting.
