Teaching and supporting the development of others is central to my values, which is why I I’m passionate about providing CBT supervision and find it so naturally rewarding. I offer collaborative, evidence-based supervision for qualified CBT therapists, providing a supportive space to develop clinical confidence, reflect on practice and continue your professional growth.
My Supervision Style
My supervision style is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to your level of experience, learning style and professional goals. My CBT supervision approach mirrors the way I work therapeutically; I balance warmth and support with thoughtful, constructive challenge to help you develop confidence in your clinical practice. The supervision I provide is grounded in evidence-based practice and informed by ongoing engagement with current research, teaching and developments in CBT.

I have a particular clinical interest in trauma and PTSD, though enjoy supporting therapists working with a range of presentations, including:

Qualifications and experience
· Trained in CBT Clinical Supervision (University of Birmingham)
· Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP)
· Accredited EMDR Practitioner (EMDR UK)
· Clinical Supervisor for Canterbury Christ Church University
· Over 14 years' experience working across NHS Talking Therapies, charitable organisations and private practice
· Integrate third-wave CBT approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) specialisms
